Mr. Longo is a member of the Property & Development and Environmental Law teams at Paul Frank + Collins. Prior to joining Paul Frank + Collins, Mr. Longo was with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Green and MacRae, L.L.P. in Hartford, Connecticut where his practice focused on environmental, land use, real estate and energy law. Mr. Longo’s Property & Development practice encompasses a wide range of services, including permitting and land use, sales and leasing, property title and mortgage law, and property-related disputes and litigation, as well as corporate transactional support.  Mr. Longo also has extensive energy project development experience, as well as significant experience handling OSHA compliance and enforcement issues.

Mr. Hall’s practice encompasses civil trial, regulatory and appellate litigation with a special concentration in the areas of land use, environmental, real estate and construction law.  He has trial experience in state and federal courts and experience representing a wide range of clients in state and local administrative proceedings and private arbitration.  Mr. Hall has represented clients before the Vermont Supreme Court, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
