PF+C Provides Incentive to Volunteer
Paul Frank + Collins has established a program enabling employees to volunteer for up to eight hours of community service during regularly scheduled work hours.   Rebecca Guenther, the firm’s Human Resources Manager,  said the program was created to encourage employees to do something good for their favorite causes. For example, Barrett Grimm of the firm’s accounting department, regularly helps an elderly woman in his community with her monthly shopping and other errands.  Managers at PF+C are optimistic that many more employees will do good work using the paid time off to volunteer. “Everyone has a favorite cause or charity,” Ms. Guenther said. “This program enables the firm to show support for our community by supporting the causes most important to our employees .”
