ImagePF+C Cofounder Allan Paul Elected Trustee Emeritus to Vermont Law School

In February 2008, Paul Frank + Collins cofounder R. Allan Paul was elected a Trustee Emeritus to Vermont Law School.  Mr. Paul served on the VLS Board of Trustees from 1994 to 2004. He was President of the Board from 1995 to 2001. In May of 2006, VLS bestowed Mr. Paul with an Honorary Doctor of Laws, honoris causa. He has also been a guest lecturer at VLS, focusing on his area of legal expertise, trusts and estates.

“I am honored to continue my long association with Vermont Law School, which is one of Vermont's leading educational institutions,” Mr. Paul said.

Trustee Emeriti at Vermont Law School are entitled to all information furnished to the Board of Trustees and may attend all board and committee meetings. There are currently five Trustee Emeriti serving VLS. Mr. Paul cofounded Paul Frank + Collins in 1968 with colleagues Joe Frank and Peter Collins, and served as the firm’s president from 1968 to 1994. He is currently an of counsel attorney with the firm. He devotes much of his time to community service in Vermont.
