Commercial Real Estate Associate

Paul Frank + Collins seeks an entry-level to mid-level real estate associate attorney to join our practice.  This attorney will focus on a wide range of sophisticated real estate services, including commercial transactions, financing, leases, land use, zoning and permitting issues.  The candidate will need to be familiar with the Vermont real estate title and permit review process; foreclosure experience is helpful but not required.  Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
