Mr. Petrosino is well versed with employment contracts, noncompetition agreements, nonsolicitation agreements, confidentiality agreements, and employee separation agreements. He also has delved into the intricacies of the Fair Labor Standards Act, laws related to reductions in force, and other laws and regulations governing employers.
