Employment Law, Litigation SSibold@PFClaw.com Download VCard Ms. Sibold is a member of the litigation team and the leader of the Employment and Labor Law team at Paul Frank + Collins. She advises employers on how to comply with state and federal law and counsels them in matters such as employee discrimination claims, employee discharges, hostile work environment claims, employee handbooks, OSHA, HIPAA, Fair Labor Standards Act requirements and wage payment requirements. She represents businesses of all sizes in the formation and implementation of policies and procedures to prevent and rectify compliance failures with respect to federal and state employment and labor regulations.
Prior to joining PF+C, Ms. Sibold was employed in the employment law department of Steptoe & Johnson for six years. At Steptoe, Ms. Sibold worked primarily as a litigator on employment law matters and represented employers charged with violation of state and federal anti-discrimination laws as well as unfair labor practices under the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”). Ms. Sibold is regularly asked to present at seminars on employment-related matters.
In addition to her employment work, Ms. Sibold is frequently involved in personal injury litigation, representing hospitals, physician practice groups and individual health care providers in medical malpractice cases.
