Benjamin Gould Joins PF+C
March, 2011 – Benjamin L. Gould has joined Paul Frank + Collins P.C. as an associate working with the Captive Insurance Law group. Mr. Gould specializes in captive formations, redomestications, and dissolutions, while advising captive insurance clients on general insurance law issues. Mr. Gould also has experience advising clients on real estate transactions and title issues.
Stephanie Mapes, a senior lawyer in the firm’s captive insurance group said, “We are very proud to expand our captive insurance group by adding a lawyer of Ben’s high caliber. The group is busy and growing, and we are happy to have such an extremely qualified and capable attorney join our team.”
Mr. Gould previously worked as an associate at Brown Rudnick LLP in Boston and is a member of the Massachusetts bar. He is a 2008 cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and a 2002 magna cum laude graduate of Brown University. During law school, Mr. Gould served as a senior editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, Vice President for Publicity and Secretary of the Harvard Law School Forum, which was the lecture board, and Director of Excursions for HL Central, the student body’s social and community service organization. He also completed clinical placements and internships with the Middlesex and Norfolk County (Mass.) District Attorneys’ Offices and the City of Newton (Mass.) law department.
