She assists on personal injury, workers compensation and insurance defense cases. Ms. Deering is skilled at organizing and managing large complex litigation and medical cases.
In May 2000, Ms. Deering achieved the esteemed PACE Registered Paralegal® designation through the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. Ms. Deering is one of only six PACE Registered Paralegals® in Vermont. PACE® (Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam) is a proficiency-based voluntary exam designed to test the competency level of experienced paralegals.
