Michael has been a paralegal in Vermont since 1983 and has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate in the State of Vermont.  He is part of the Paul Frank + Collins P.C. Real Estate Department and is integrally involved in the representation of the interests of clients in the acquisition, sale, development and permitting of real property.  In addition to specializing in real estate for the past ten years, Michael's prior experience includes many years in litigation practice, including work on environmental claims, construction litigation, insurance defense cases, personal injury and property damage matters, insurance fraud investigation, insurance coverage disputes, and employment claims.
