Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Paul Frank + Collins seeks to hire an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join our practice. This individual will focus on a wide range of sophisticated real estate services, including commercial transactions, financing, leases, land use, zoning and permitting. The chosen candidate will be committed to providing superior legal services to our existing business and real estate development clients, and motivated to expand our professional practice.
Bilingual French / English Immigration Lawyer
PF+C seeks an experienced attorney to join our Immigration + Transactional Group. The practice work involves immigration, cross-border finance, and corporate and commercial law. Our firm advises Canadian, European and Asian companies on a broad spectrum of immigration and corporate issues which they face in their U.S. operations.
Applicants must be fluent in French and currently admitted to practice in the United States. The chosen candidate shall have at least five years’ legal practice. Experience with the Québec business community is preferred. We seek a highly-motivated lawyer to live and practice law in Vermont while being committed to frequent travel in Québec and Ontario to meet current and potential clients and referral sources. Technology Manager Paul Frank + Collins seeks to
hire an experienced technology professional for all aspects of the firm’s IT
systems including network infrastructure, hardware, software and
telecommunications support, etc. The IT
Manager is responsible for developing, refining and implementing the
technological direction of the firm and for all IT operations and budgeting
both in house and outsourced. The Manager will report to the firm’s Chief
Operating Officer and will work directly with our 50+ lawyers and staff. The IT vendor relationships and the firm’s IT
assistant will be managed directly by the Technology Manager.
The ideal candidate has law
firm IT experience, and extensive knowledge of software such as Microsoft Windows Server 2003
& 2008, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL Server,
Microsoft Office 2007, Autonomy WorkSite/DeskSite (matter-centric), CaseMap,
Concordance, and RainMaker accounting software.
Knowledge and experience with network infrastructure and security and
VoIP systems is essential.
