William D. Riley Chosen to Speak as Industry Expert at CICA International Conference

March 15, 2011 – Tuscan, Arizona:  PF+C Director, William D. Riley participated in a panel discussion held at the Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) 2011 International Conference in Tucson, Arizona.  The seminar entitled, “Successful Cell Solutions-Segregated Cells, Incorporated Cells, or Series LLC” was an interactive debate with a panel of industry experts each “defending” one of the three cell structures (segregated, incorporated and series limited liability company) currently available to cell captive participants.  Riley, a member of the Captive Insurance and Insurance Services Teams at Paul Frank + Collins, advocated in favor of the segregated cell structure.  He noted that the seminar achieved CICA's objective of providing attendees with an understanding of the basic features of the three cell structures, while highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each structure.
