Mr. Meenan is a member of the Property & Development and Environmental Law teams at Paul Frank + Collins. His practice focuses on environmental, land use, real estate and energy law. Prior to joining Paul Frank + Collins as an associate, Mr. Meenan worked as a Law Clerk at PF+C for nearly a year. He has also worked as a Civil Rights Unit Intern at the Vermont Attorney General’s Office and as a Judicial Extern for the Vermont Supreme Court. Evan lives in Winooski, Vermont with his wife Erin.
