As a claims attorney and senior auditor of the Claims Consulting Practice, Mr. Draper's responsibilities include insurance claims management and auditing services.  Mr. Draper has been an attorney with the parent company, Paul Frank + Collins P.C. for over 19 years where his practice has included various forms of commercial representation, including representation of fiduciaries, taxation and insurance claims management. 

Mr. Draper’s claims experience includes management of the run-off of large casualty claims portfolios, where his responsibilities included managing local defense and coverage counsel, identifying coverage issues, setting reserves, attending court trials and depositions and supervising claims staff.  Mr. Draper has conducted third party administrator, defense counsel and coverholder audits for property, casualty and reinsurance claims programs.  His audit duties include on-site review, post-review data analysis and audit report preparation.

Mr. Draper graduated from Middlebury College in 1987 and graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in Boston Massachusetts in 1990.  He is admitted to practice law before the Federal and State Courts in Vermont.  Mr. Draper is a member of the American Bar Association and the Vermont Bar Association.
