David M. Kennedy Joins PF+C's Litigation and Insurance Groups

October, 2009 - Paul Frank + Collins is pleased to announce that David Kennedy has joined the firm's Litigation, Insurance and Claims Consulting practices as an associate attorney.  Mr. Kennedy has five years of experience and was previously an associate at Duane Morris in San Francisco.  His practice focuses on insurance and business litigation.  He is licensed to practice law in California.  Mr. Kennedy is a 2003 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a 1999 graduate of the University of Vermont. 

Mr. Kennedy lives in Winooski with his wife Vanessa and daughter Viviana.
