Following her graduation from the University of Vermont and the Institute for Paralegal Training in Philadelphia in 1976, Ms. Foutz embarked on her paralegal career in Washington, D.C. at the firm of Kirkland & Ellis, where she focused on Federal agency and Congressional proceedings.  She relocated to Boston, MA in in 1982 to join Warner & Stackpole's litigation department.  In that position, Ms. Foutz worked on large and document-intensive cases involving antitrust, medical, pharmaceutical, and products liability issues. 

Ms. Foutz returned to Vermont in 1986 and held long-term litigation paralegal positions at local law firms before joining the PF+C team in 2010.  She has extensive experience working on personal injury, medical malpractice and family law matters for both plaintiffs and defendants.   She has also worked on criminal defense, anti-trust defense, toxic tort, patent and corporate litigation matters.  At PF+C, Ms. Foutz supports the litigation department on complex insurance coverage matters and litigation cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.
