Mr. Frye is a former Director and Member of Paul Frank + Collins. Mr. Frye retired as of December 31, 2007 after over 35 years of practice. During his tenure at the firm, Mr. Frye mentored many attorneys as the head of the Corporate Practice and served as chair of the firm's Marketing Committee. He advised businesses of all sizes in such areas as federal and state taxation, mergers and acquisitions, software and technology licensing, international transactions, financing transactions and general commercial law. Mr. Frye represented clients in scores of acquisition transactions and has substantial experience negotiating and drafting foreign distribution, sales agency and licensing agreements. Through Paul Frank + Collins, Mr. Frye served as Interim In-House General Counsel for Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc., from August 1999 - January 2001. His goal was to be a positive force in bringing transactions to a conclusion by providing creative and innovative solutions to any legal and tax issues that arose.
