Mr. Bennett has tried many personal injury and product liability cases to verdict in most of the Vermont trial courts, both state and federal.  Although the majority of his work presently consists of representing hospitals, physician practice groups and individual health care providers in medical malpractice cases, he has represented plaintiffs in significant personal injury cases.  For example, Mr. Bennett received the then largest verdict in the history of Orleans County for a utility lineman  who had been electrically injured.  Mr. Bennett also represents licensed professionals before state licensing boards.

Mr. Bennett grew up in New Hampshire, attended the University of Vermont, and had a short career as a television newsman before attending graduate school.  He and his wife and a daughter live in rural Chittenden County where he enjoys preparing his own stove wood, building stone walls and working on antique clocks and autos.
