Mr. Collins is a co-founder of Paul Frank + Collins and remains active in commercial real estate and land use law. Mr. Collins' primary areas of concentration are in Land Use, Environmental and Real Estate Law.

Developers, landowners and lenders look to Mr. Collins for advice and counsel through all aspects of the permit process including land use/environmental litigation.  Mr. Collins has achieved successful outcomes for a number of clients including a major national retailer, restaurant chains, industrial manufacturing companies, and commercial and residential developers.
