Mr. Frank is a co-founder of Paul Frank + Collins, who remains of counsel to the firm practicing part-time. He works primarily on commercial disputes with an emphasis on property valuation issues and public utility matters.
Mr. Frank was Special Counsel to the Vermont State Highway Board for thirteen years and to the Vermont Public Service Board for four years. EDUCATION: Harvard College, A.B., 1956 Harvard Law School, LL.B., 1959
