Mr. Grenier leads the International Law Team at Paul Frank + Collins, practicing in the areas of immigration, cross-border finance, and corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience in counseling Canadian, European and Asian companies on a broad spectrum of immigration and corporate issues. His Canadian clients have headquarters from British Columbia to Newfoundland and many points in between. Mr. Grenier advises clients regarding: formation of corporations and limited liability companies; and mergers and acquisitions. He also has broad experience in negotiating and drafting sales/distribution agreements and commercial leases. He represents a variety of lenders and borrowers in complex commercial financing. His clients include Canadian banks and U.S. subsidiaries of international companies involved in cross-border loan transactions. Fluently bilingual, Mr. Grenier has extensive experience in business matters involving Canada and Europe, having lived in Québec, France and Germany. He worked in Montréal for several years, holding positions of Management Consultant at Peat Marwick, Marketing Manager for Canadian Kenworth, and Industrial Commissioner in Montréal’s Economic Development Office. Mr. Grenier served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and Germany, receiving three awards of the Bronze Star while attaining the rank of Captain. An avid skier and hiker, he travels frequently in Canada and Europe.
