Mr. Paul is a co-founder of Paul Frank + Collins, and was its managing partner and President from the firm’s inception in 1968 to 1994.  Mr. Paul has practiced law since 1956, first as a general practitioner doing extensive litigation work, as well as corporate, banking and commercial work, and estate and business planning.  In the past several years, he has concentrated on business and estate planning and probate matters. 

Mr. Paul has been a guest lecturer at Vermont Law School on the topic of trusts and estates.
