Mr. Beerworth is a member of the civil litigation team at Paul Frank + Collins. He practices in the areas of general liability, workers' compensation and insurance defense litigation. Prior to joining PF+C, Mr. Beerworth worked as an associate at Morrison Mahoney LLP in Providence, Rhode Island, where he concentrated in insurance coverage, workers' compensation, professional liability, product liability, construction defect, and general liability litigation. Mr. Beerworth has also handled various personal injury cases on behalf of plaintiffs.

Mr. Beerworth is a 2004 graduate of the Roger Williams University School of Law and a 2000 graduate of the University of Vermont. He was a legal research assistant to the Distinguished Research Professor, Edward J. Eberle at Roger Williams University School of Law in 2003 and 2004. In that position, Mr. Beerworth edited drafts of law review articles and essays, conducted intensive research on issues of free speech, religious liberty, privacy rights and comparative international law. Mr. Beerworth is admitted to practice law in the State of Vermont, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
