Mr. Longo is a member of the Property & Development and Environmental Law teams at Paul Frank + Collins. Prior to joining Paul Frank + Collins, Mr. Longo was with LeBouef, Lamb, Green and MacRae, L.L.P. in Hartford, Connecticut where his practice focused on environmental, land use, real estate and energy law. Mr. Longo’s Property & Development practice encompasses a wide range of services, including permitting and land use, sales and leasing, property title and mortgage law, and property-related disputes and litigation, as well as corporate transactional support. Mr. Longo also has extensive energy project development experience, as well as significant experience handling OSHA compliance and enforcement issues.
In his Environmental Law practice, Mr. Longo focuses on managing and defending environmental and property damage claims, including agency enforcement actions, complex federal and state contribution and cost recovery litigation, and private party claims seeking injunctive relief and reimbursement for property damage. Mr. Longo has extensive experience with land use and planning beginning with his service on the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Management, Critical Area Protection Program Committee, as well as the Center for Rural Massachusetts.
