Mr. Gould is a member of the Captive Insurance law team at Paul Frank + Collins. He specializes in captive formations, mergers, redomestications, and dissolutions, while also advising captive clients regarding ongoing regulatory compliance and general insurance law issues. Mr. Gould also works with the Insurance Services team, providing advice on coverage determinations to commercial liability insurers and representing insurers in litigation of coverage issues. Finally, Mr. Gould provides advice on business entity formation, regulatory compliance, and protection of intellectual property to entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Paul Frank + Collins, Mr. Gould worked as an associate at Brown Rudnick LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, where his practice focused on commercial real estate transactions, siting and contracting for public utilities and telecommunications companies, and representation of creditors in large-scale Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Before law school, Mr. Gould worked as a paralegal and title examiner for a small residential real estate conveyancing firm located in suburban Boston and as a financial analyst for a Boston-area subsidiary of a national consumer finance company.

Mr. Gould is a 2008 cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and a 2002 magna cum laude graduate of Brown University. During law school, Mr. Gould served as a senior editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, Vice President for Publicity and Secretary of the Harvard Law School Forum, which was the lecture board, and Director of Excursions for HL Central, the student body’s social and community service organization. He also completed clinical placements and internships with the Middlesex and Norfolk County (Mass.) District Attorneys’ Offices and the City of Newton (Mass.) law department.
