Brenda J. Luciano Associate
Business Services + Taxation, Property + Development, Litigation

Ms. Luciano is a member of the Property + Development, Business Services + Taxation, and Litigation teams at Paul Frank + Collins. Ms. Luciano received a B.S. from the University of Vermont, College of Business Administration in 1997 where she concentrated in management of information systems. From 1997 - 2005, she worked for The Kodiak Group, Inc., formerly headquartered in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, as an information technology and supply chain project manager, business analyst, and Senior e-commerce consultant. In this position, she worked closely for several years with Hewlett-Packard, and its business units in Canada, Latin America and the U.S. Ms. Luciano then attended Vermont Law School and graduated in 2009. After law school, Ms. Luciano went to work for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 in Atlanta, Georgia where she was an Attorney-Advisor and Assistant Regional Counsel for the Office of Environmental Accountability. While at EPA, she worked in litigation and enforcement of federal regulations including: Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Oil Pollution Act (OPA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and Underground Storage Tanks (UST).
In addition to her business and law pursuits, Ms. Luciano also enjoyed a successful competitive figure skating career for several years. She competed at several open and qualifying competitions including winning gold medals at the Lake Placid summer open competition and at the Intercollegiate championships. She also won the silver medal at the National Synchronized Skating Championships in 2000 with her team “Esprit de Corps” out of Lexington, Massachusetts.
