From a modest local firm, Paul Frank + Collins has grown into a sophisticated full-service practice with international reach. In 1968, Allan Paul, Joe Frank, and Peter Collins founded PF+C in Burlington, Vermont with the goal of combining world-class legal services with the personal and genuine values of New England. Over the next four decades, Paul Frank + Collins held to its down-to-earth qualities while expanding its international reach. Starting as a small general practice group, focusing on litigation, criminal work, and real estate law, Paul Frank + Collins quickly expanded its areas of concentration to accommodate more complex legal issues and a broader range of clients. By the mid 1980’s, Paul Frank + Collins had established itself as the Vermont firm of choice for business, banking and insurance sectors. Today, Paul Frank + Collins has reached its founding goal.
