Represented motorcycle dealership as defendant in Colorado state court in suit alleging breach of contract and fraud. Medical Malpractice: Defended cases in the disciplines of neonatology, obstetrics, thoracic surgery and psychiatry. Premises Liability: Represented game preserve in accidental shooting that resulted in death of hunter guest. Products Liability: Currently representing major tire manufacturer in wrongful death action arising from alleged tire failure. Represented plaintiff homeowners injured in a fire caused by a defective LPG (liquid propane gas) cylinder. Toxic Torts: Currently representing major tire manufacturer in suit alleging plaintiff developed cancer due to exposure to environmental pollution from manufacturing facility.
