Adeline Simenon is a French-Swiss-American attorney who is a Director of PF+C and leads the Business Immigration Law Team. Her practice focuses on assisting European and Canadian companies expand their operations in the United States and she has represented hundreds of foreign entities with the launch of their U.S. offices and the transfer of key employees to their U.S. affiliates. She also works with national and local employers seeking to recruit foreign professionals and talents.

Adeline’s clients range from multinationals and non-profit organizations to individuals, including entrepreneurs, investors, and artists. She represents companies operating throughout the United States, including information technology, life sciences, specialized construction, manufacturing, food and beverage, chemical, entertainment, and retail companies. Prior to joining PF+C, Adeline worked an associate attorney with the Wolfsdorf Immigration Law Group in Santa Monica, CA.  Between 2004 and 2010, she also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University Of Southern California Gould School Of Law in Los Angeles, CA where she taught classes in European Union Law and Transnational Sales Law (CISG). She has also lectured on European Union Law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA.
