Paul Frank + Collins P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of renewable energy attorney Kimberly K. Hayden to lead the firm’s Renewable Energy and Infrastructure practice. Attorney Hayden has worked as corporate counsel to several Vermont utilities and represented numerous energy clients on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters. At PF+C, she will represent renewable energy companies in connection with generation and transmission siting, interconnection, power purchase agreements, and commercial transactions.
Attorney Hayden earned her J.D. from the New England School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the New England Law Review, and is a Boston College alum. She has been selected as a Best Lawyer® in energy law by Best Lawyers in America® since 2006.
