On March 2-3, 2016, PF+C Director, Mark Hall, along with other distinguished faculty, will teach a National Business Institute (NBI) seminar entitled “Surveys, Plats, Historical Records, Legal Descriptions and Title Insurance” at the Best Western Plus Windjammer Inn in South Burlington, VT. This two day seminar will teach how to identify and fix discrepancies that arise during real estate transactions, including how to review, analyze and interpret surveys, maps, records and descriptions. Attorney Hall’s practice encompasses civil trial and regulatory and appellate litigation with a special focus on the areas of land use, environmental, real estate, and construction law. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Kent State University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School.
