Paul Frank + Collins P.C. is pleased to announce that Matthew A. Ferrigno of Burlington has become a shareholder and director of the firm.
Mr. Ferrigno has worked as a lawyer with the Insurance Services and Litigation teams at Paul Frank + Collins since 2007. His practice focuses primarily on advising traditional domestic insurers, London market insurers, captives and risk retention groups on a broad range of insurance coverage issues. Mr. Ferrigno also litigates declaratory judgment and bad faith actions on behalf of insurers in both state and federal court.

Mr. Ferrigno received his J.D. from Vermont Law School and his B.A. from Bates College. While at Vermont Law School, Mr. Ferrigno served as Head Notes Editor of the Vermont Law Review and was also named a Dean’s Fellow, being selected to teach required legal writing courses to first-year students. Mr. Ferrigno also received multiple academic excellence awards. Mr. Ferrigno is admitted to practice in the states of Vermont and Massachusetts, as well as the U.S. District Courts of Vermont, Massachusetts and Connecticut.
