PF+C is pleased to announce that attorneys Thomas R. Melloni, Shane W. McCormack, and G. Russ McCracken have joined the firm’s Business Services, Commercial Finance, and Municipal Law + Public Finance teams. The three attorneys came to PF+C from the former Burak Anderson & Melloni, PLC firm which was known as one of the state’s premier firms providing banking and finance, business and corporate, municipal and public finance, real estate and development, and utilities and energy services to a broad spectrum of clients.

Thomas R. Melloni has more than 25 years of experience working with banks and private financiers in connection with secured lending activities throughout New England. Mr. Melloni holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Vermont.
Shane W. McCormack has over 15 years of experience handling a variety of complex corporate law matters, with particular focus on securities laws for both local and national clients. Mr. McCormack holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, a B.A. from McGill University, and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
G. Russ McCracken represents clients in commercial lending, public finance, project finance, equity financings, and a wide variety of other corporate transactions. Mr. McCracken previously worked as a corporate associate at Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York City. He holds a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
