Adeline Simenon is a French-Swiss-American attorney and Director at PF+C. Her practice focuses on assisting European and Canadian companies expand their operations in the United States and she has represented hundreds of foreign companies/investors with the launch of their U.S. offices and the transfer of key employees to their U.S. affiliates. She also works with national and local employers seeking to recruit foreign professionals and talents.

Adeline works with companies of all sizes operating throughout the United States – primarily I.T., biotech, specialized construction, manufacturing, food and beverage, entertainment, and retail companies – on all aspects of immigration law strategy and compliance. She also advises start-up and foreign companies/investors in corporate entity formation and the establishment of U.S. operations. Adeline is a frequent speaker on “Doing Business in the U.S.” panels organized throughout Quebec and New England.

Prior to joining PF+C, Adeline worked an associate attorney with the Wolfsdorf Immigration Law Group in Santa Monica, CA. Between 2004 and 2010, she also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University Of Southern California Gould School Of Law in Los Angeles, CA where she taught classes in European Union Law and Transnational Sales Law (CISG). She has also lectured on European Union Law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA.
