Daniel R. Long Associate
Dan Long is a member of the Litigation and Employment + Labor teams at Paul Frank + Collins. Prior to joining PF+C, Dan worked in employment and litigation practices at two law firms in Boston, Massachusetts where he focused his practice on commercial and employment disputes in federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Dan litigates cases covering a broad spectrum of employment-related issues, including trade secrets and non-competition agreements, whistleblower retaliation claims, wage and hour compliance, discrimination and sexual harassment complaints, disability accommodations, as well as a variety of commercial litigation matters involving breach of contracts, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Dan also counsels employers in a wide range of employment and labor matters including independent contractor and employee classifications, workplace investigations, separation agreements, executive employment agreements, employee handbooks and policies, and terminations and reductions in force.
