Peter I. Dysart Associate
Peter Dysart is a member of the Insurance Services and Litigation teams at Paul Frank + Collins. He focuses primarily on the analysis and evaluation of complex coverage issues involving a variety of insurance products issued by traditional and non-traditional insurers. He also participates in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation on behalf of insurers in state and federal court.
Prior to joining PF+C, Peter served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to that he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Vermont Superior Court. In addition, he has a year of litigation experience from work at another Burlington law firm. Peter was also a law clerk at Paul Frank + Collins in 2015 where he worked primarily on a complex environmental tort claim with the Insurance Services team.
