Stephen J. Soule Of Counsel
Stephen Soule is a senior litigation lawyer focused on trials and appeals of complex civil lawsuits involving a multiplicity of parties, witnesses, issues, and evidence. Steve has worked for clients as diverse as natural gas companies, supermarket chains, furnace manufacturers, airplane and tire manufacturers, and individuals. Steve’s clients include institutions such as Certain Underwriters at Lloyds, the State of Vermont, the University of Vermont, Peoples United Bank (formerly Chittenden Bank), Omya-White Pigment Company, and the Eden Park Nursing Homes in product liability and property damage litigation.
Steve frequently serves as local counsel on behalf of attorneys handling litigation in the State and Federal courts in Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. He brings a high degree of professionalism and sensitivity to each matter and provides superior service while respecting existing attorney/client relationships.
Steve has been instrumental in implementing and utilizing state-of-the-art legal technologies at PF+C that provide a vital communications tool, enable up-to-the-minute access to information, and facilitate the sophisticated strategic planning that produces results for clients.
