Angus has nearly 20 years of legal experience. He earned his J.D. from Tulane Law School and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. He was selected for recognition in Chambers USA 2021: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for his work with captive insurance clients. He was first recognized by this organization in 2011. David is active with the Vermont Captive Insurance Association.
