In the area of fiduciary services, we advise banks and other fiduciaries on their rights and obligations as fiduciaries, tax matters, document interpretation, and litigation. We also prepare standard trusts, common trust fund documents, and all commercial finance law-related agreements. PF+C also has experience with matters primarily or uniquely affecting financial institutions, such as letters of credit, deposits and collections, interest rate swaps and ISDA schedules, consumer protection laws, and electronic fund transfers.
