Commitment to the Success of the Greater Burlington YMCA

Paul Frank + Collins P.C. has been a long-time supporter of the Greater Burlington YMCA.  Two PF+C attorneys, Bob Cain and Jack Sartore, have been staunch advocates of the Y’s mission through Board and Committee memberships, as well as financial support, over the years

Five years ago, after more than a decade of discussion, planning, and false starts, the Y kicked off its Capital Campaign for the construction of a new facility at 298 College Street, just up the street from its current location.  PF+C was happy to offer its financial support to help the Y meet its Capital Campaign goal.  By the fall of 2018, the Y’s Capital Campaign was healthy enough to commence construction, and the new building is slated to open to the public on January 1, 2020.

The new 50,000+ square foot building will offer a first-class fitness, wellness, aquatic, and childcare experience that will enhance the welcoming and nurturing environment that the YMCA has provided for decades.  The Y’s new space will deliver the facilities and programs that our community needs and deserves.

In an effort to increase accessibility to everyone in our community, the new Y facility will include a Universal Locker Room, in addition to the men’s and women’s locker rooms.  PF+C is pleased to have played a part in supporting the creation of this new space, and is honored that the Y has recognized the firm for its support.

The Y’s legacy of keeping our community healthy and strong in mind, body, and spirit will be enhanced immeasurably with this new, state-of-the-art facility.  PF+C is proud to have played a small role in the community-wide effort.
