On May 10, 2019, PF+C Director, Mark Hall will co-teach a National Business Institute (NBI) audio webinar entitled “Resolving Easement and Boundary Problems.” This webinar will provide the skills needed to prevent boundary issues and resolve matters efficiently after they’ve escalated to disputes. Mr. Hall will speak on two topics: “Dealing with Encroachments, Unclear Boundary Lines and Other Complications,” and “Using Quiet Title Actions to Resolve Boundary and Easement Problems.”
Attorney Hall’s practice encompasses civil trial and regulatory and appellate litigation with a special concentration in the areas of land use, environmental, real estate, and construction law. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Kent State University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School.
