Paul Frank + Collins P.C. announces that attorneys Thomas Melloni and Shane McCormack have been elected as Shareholders and Directors of the firm.
Attorneys Melloni and McCormack joined PF+C’s Business + Transactions, Taxation, and Commercial Finance teams as senior attorneys in 2017. Thomas Melloni leads PF+C’s Municipal Law + Public Finance practice group, where the firm serves as bond counsel to cities, towns, school districts, solid waste districts, and fire districts. Thomas has over 25 years of experience working with banks and private financiers in commercial lending transactions throughout New England. Shane McCormack has nearly 20 years of experience providing counsel to banks, property developers, municipalities, entrepreneurs, investors, and utilities in a variety of areas including securities law, commercial lending, administrative law, contract law, and public finance.
