David Pocius is a member of the Litigation, Property + Development, and Patents + Intellectual Property teams. He represents clients in a variety of civil lawsuits, including commercial, intellectual property, transportation, general liability, premises liability, product liability, employment, discrimination, property and development, construction, environmental, medical malpractice, and professional liability claims. Dave is an experienced litigator with trial experience stretching from state and federal courts in Vermont and New York to Colorado, the Northern District of Illinois, and the Southern District of Florida.
Before joining PF+C, Dave served as a Law Clerk with the State of Vermont Trial Courts, the Office of the Vermont Attorney General, Earthjustice in Seattle, and the Vermont Supreme Court.
