James Conway is a member of the Insurance Services team at Paul Frank + Collins.  Prior to joining PF+C, James litigated cases on behalf of Vermont municipalities at a local Vermont law firm.  Earlier in his career, James spent several years litigating class action lawsuits on the plaintiffs’ side in cases involving claims under the federal securities laws and ERISA, as well as tort cases consolidated by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.  James also worked as a civilian attorney at the Office of Judge Advocate for the Fifth Air Force in support of the headquarters office for the United States Forces, Japan.
