Lindsay E. Shumway, CPCU, AIC, ARe Claims Associate
As Claims Associate for the Insurance Services team, Lindsay Shumway assists in managing captive insurance liability claims programs. Her duties include reconciliations, bordereaux preparation, reserving, and communications with reinsurers.
Lindsay also conducts insurance audits for property, casualty, and specialty insurance programs on behalf of the firm’s London market clients. Her audit duties include on and off-site claim file review, post-review data analysis, and audit report preparation. She has insurance and litigation support experience, as well as experience auditing throughout the U.S. and Canada. In connection with her audit duties, Lindsay maintains familiarity with international sanctions compliance requirements and a broad array of regulatory knowledge specific to London market insurers.
