Pamela L.P. Eaton Associate
Pamela Eaton is an associate who focuses primarily on civil litigation and insurance coverage matters. With respect to civil litigation, Pam represents individual, corporate, and institutional clients in matters concerning product liability defense, premises liability, and general liability defense.
With respect to insurance coverage, Pam conducts research and analysis of complex insurance coverage issues arising under CGL, commercial property, and specialty lines of insurance. She also assists with the representation of domestic and foreign insurers in declaratory judgment, rescission, bad faith, and breach of contract actions in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining PF+C, Pam worked as in-house counsel for a service organization specializing in reliability requirements for electric utilities. She also clerked for the Office of the Defender General in Montpelier, Vermont.
