Brandon R. Shields Senior Paralegal
Brandon Shields supports the Business + Transactions, Captive Insurance, Immigration, International Business, Taxation, and Trusts + Estates teams. For the captive insurance team he assists in preparing and managing day-to-day corporate records, preparing for board meetings, drafting meeting minutes, and with efforts to comply with State regulatory requirements, including regular examinations conducted by the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation. He also assists the Trusts and Estates team with probate and trust administration, and the Immigration team with drafting documents for submission to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and various U.S. consulates abroad.
Originally from southern Maine, Brandon moved to Vermont when he first joined PF+C as Records Clerk in June of 2012. Prior to joining PF+C, Brandon worked as a legal assistant at a law firm based in Maine. He has also volunteered and interned at various organizations and election campaigns in Maine, Rhode Island, and Washington D.C.
