Human Resources Administrative Assistant

The Burlington, VT law firm of Paul Frank + Collins seeks an administrative assistant to provide full-time support to the firm’s management team and employees. The administrative assistant will primarily support the Firm Manager with recruiting, onboarding, personnel record maintenance, and benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to facilities management, law library administration, and marketing tasks such as advertising, charitable donations, and sponsorship projects.

Applicants should possess an acute attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, as well as be highly organized and work well under pressure. A friendly and collaborative professional with initiative and the ability to streamline systems will excel in this position. The chosen candidate has outstanding computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products including Excel.

An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. Relevant experience is helpful, but not required as we are willing to provide training. To apply, click here.
