Attorney – Insurance Coverage & Litigation
Burlington, Vermont based Paul Frank + Collins seeks an enthusiastic associate or experienced lateral lawyer for our growing Insurance Services practice group. The work involves litigating insurance coverage and bad faith claims, advising insurers with respect to multi-district complex litigation, and assessing exposures in pending litigation against insureds throughout the country. The ideal candidate has excellent academic credentials and four or more years of insurance coverage and/or litigation experience. Exemplary candidates without such experience will be considered. Law review and clerkship credentials are preferred, but not required.
The candidate must have strong oral advocacy and written communication skills, as well as excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills.
